Hay Lake Lodge Townhomes is an association of 21 privately owned townhomes situated on 628 ft of sand frontage on Upper Hay Lake in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota. We enjoy lake living at its best, complete with association common areas of a huge grass lawn, private lake access, tennis court, basketball court, play area, fish house, fire pit and community house.
Hay Lake Lodge Townhomes is a common interest community operated according to Section 515B of Minnesota Statutes. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors with support from various committees that serve the common good.
The mission of the Board is to: (1) make Hay Lake Lodge an enjoyable place to live and to entertain homeowner family and friends; and (2) to financially manage the Association in a way that enhances and protects the value of homeowner properties.
Homes at Hay Lake Lodge are for the use of homeowners exclusively and home rental is not allowed.
